How to add the Kenyan Blogs Webring code to blogger.
1. Log into your blogger account
2. On your blogger dashboard click on “Layout” link (arrow 1 in the image below)
3. This should take you to the “Page Elements” page in the “Template” Section of your blog. You can check if you are on the right page by looking to see if both “Template” and “Page Elements” are highlighted (arrows 1 and 2 in the image below). The title on the page should read “Add and Arrange Page Elements” (arrow 3 in the image below).
4. On the right hand side of the same page click on “Add a page element” (arrow 1 in the image below).
5. This will launch a pop-up window titled “Choose a New Page Element”. In this window we are going to use the “HTML/JAVASCRIPT. Add third party functionality or other code to your blog.” section. Click on “Add to Blog” (arrow 1 in the image below).
6. This will bring up a page called “Configure HTML/JavaScript”. This page has two sections called Title and Content (arrows 1 and 2 in the image below). In the Title section put “Kenyan Blogs Webring” in the content section you will add the KBW ringcode which contains your unique site ID number.
7. You will find your unique site ID number in the email you received after you signed up to the webring (arrow 1 in the image below). Make a note of this unique number as you will need to add it to the code below.
8. Cut the following KBW ringcode and paste it into “Content” section of the page:

</ul>
9 You now should have “Kenyan Blogs Webring” in the Title section and some html code in the Content section (arrows 1 and 2 in the image below). Do NOT click on “Save Changes” yet.
10. Now you have to edit the html code slightly as follows. In the TWO places in the code where it says “your_number_here” you need to replace those words with your actual unique KBW Site ID number which you noted down in step 7 above. For example if your KBW Site ID number is 1148 your code should look like this:

Please note you have to change the code in TWO places.
10. Now click on “Save changes” (arrow 3 in the image below).
11. DONE! The code should now be up. You should have a confirmation message on your page saying, “Page element added” (arrow 1 in the image below. In addition you should now see a “Kenyan Blogs Webring” button in your list of page elements (arrow 2 below).
