Just so you know...

I did nothing on my todo list from the weekend - well -exceot clean my living room - I really have to do laundry at some point this week - I just have no strength whatsoever ...the doc says that its because I am not sleeping well and not eating right - its probably ...well...definately true. He suggested the usual - get up early enough (after prescribing a lil bit of goodness to help me sleep) and having bfast before anything else with the lil guy - getting ready and setting my watch to remind me to eat every three hours.....he gave me a shot of something nice that has me chipper today....so I went to the market and got some healthy snacks and lost my car in the process - I looked totally stoked searching for it for like 10 minutes - finally I found it and went back to work....I have been snacking on apples and berry & Cherry nut trail mix - I feel abit stronger....now I just need to have dinner before 7pm and some apples and tea at 10 pm before bedtime....the man is worried about me - I slept all day y esterday.....he didnt even disturb me once - just let me be - so did the lil guy...my goal this week is to get to work by 8am. I made it in at 8:30 today - thats coz the I had to explain to the lil guys teacher that he would be acting weird coz of his stre.p medication....tomorrow - I shall be more prepared....
Whats for dinner today - Ugali, creamed spinach, and fried beef with a splash of pinot grigio to wash down the spices......yummmy! I may even post a pic if Im brave enough!
