  Quite a bit has happened in the past two weeks. My highlight was the fifteens team retaining the Elgon Cup and capturing the Victoria Cup with a game to spare - despite hardships and other problems that came their way.   The hard fought 33-25 victory against Uganda over the weekend saw Kenya climb to its highest ranking of 38 since July 2006 when they were ranked 37. That is a major feat considering all the team has undergone in the last couple of weeks.
